And I think any republican who stood in the way of repealing Ocare should be voted out.

I don't. I think this was a terrible, terrible bill. I would rather put the breaks on and do it right. Study it, have it thoroughly reviewed and vetted, THEN vote on it. None of this idiotic rush , rush stuff on something of this magnitude. I have said that they should simply vote to Repeal it. Forget about replacing it. Just repeal it. Then come back in stages and put forth real ideas and policies that will work.
They did a piss-poor rush job on the replacement. What happened to the last 7 years that they had to get their **** together to have this replaced? And they could not come up with a decent plan.

The Rinos had no intention to ever repeal or replace Obama care. So, that's why they weren't ready. Trump let them hang themselves.
I really don't understand why it can't go back to free market.

It can't because Obamacare is too entrenched now. Without a replacement roadmap, it would cause chaos. The same chaos that's going to be caused when it implodes under it's own power in a year or two. This way, the Democrats, and Obama, own it's failure and the mess it creates.
Had the Republicans just repealed it without a workable roadmap, then they would own the disastrous fallout from it's sudden end, because they would be wholly responsible for ending it.
