5 yards of aged Hemlock just delivered! I fully mulch once every two years or so. Love the looks of it when freshly spread. Now to find some teens needing to earn gas money.

I am going to mulch one side of the house, the strip of land next to the driveway. I won't do the whole thing today because I am a lazy person and just got sucked into say Yes to the Dress.

Mulching? Spreading mulch in the garden so make it look pretty and it holds the water in to keep plants moist in dry weather.
And OMG O4, I can't believe you put mulch against the house! You do know bugs, such as termites and other ants are attracted to it? The garden areas touching my house have crushed slate as a filler, never mulch that area!

So boring night, no plans, I will be sprucing up the spare bedroom, I ordered an area carpet and it is still rolled up. Need to vac the wood floor, i have no idea why but the lady bugs get into that room so need to vac, decide where I want the rug to be and cut the padding to size. It will look lovely, but of course I will then want to re paint the room!

They had to remove the siding and clean and treat the house.
As for boring, there is nothing on to watch.
All kinds of chic flicks.
Finally found an Austin Powers movie.
It's almost over, hoping something better will be on after.

Had a low key evening. Went out to dinner with the boy, wandered Walmart, then got ice cream. We brought the ice cream home, since it's 40 degrees here and there is only outdoor seating. We brought my parents milkshakes, and then got stuck watching TV with them for an hour. He's such a good sport.
