Happy Tuesday!

I'm going to take Jessi shopping in a little bit.

Enjoy the sunshine! It's cloudy here.smile

I just figured out how to turn my ice maker back on. (It got turned off by accident.)

Have a good day, everyone!

Sunny and 89.

Mom goes back to the doctor today, she's really hoping they tell her she can drive again.

Dad's taking her and then they are going loafing around.

Just going to mess around at home, do some laundry.

Woke to a thunderstorm this morning.

And jets roaring over head! What's up with that at 4 in the morning?

Hope everyone has a great day today.

I'm off and running again this afternoon. Have to attend the grade school awards program for 2 grand's.

Those awards programs. Lord. They do like to put on a show.

I have 1 last awards program to attend. Just one.

It's terrible, I know, I hope Aaron won't want to go to it, so I don't have to.

She's getting to the uncomfortable stage, flan.

I think she has learned where the potty is in every store she goes to.wink

But, other than that, she's doing well.

I think she's just ready to have her already.

We found a cute hamper and some more artwork for the nursery.

And a pillow for the rocking chair.

I think Catherine's room is good to go!smile

Thanks for asking!

I don't remember it being too bad. But, I was 5'9", back in the day, and my belly didn't stick out very far.

Jessi is 5'1", on a tall day. She looks like she's ready to pop!wink

The last 4 weeks were horrible.

I remember that constantly going to the bathroom.

Shoot, sometimes, I had to go again right after washing my hands.

Carried 2 through the summer heat and humidity.

I feel for her.

May in Texas is about like August in North Georgia.

Does she have a tummy sling?

They help take the pressure off the back and bladder.

 Sometimes it seems that way.

It helped after the baby came, too.

flan, the funniest thing ever, was when I was expecting Paul.

It was already mid May, and I didn't want to buy any more maternity clothes. And, I really could have used another pair of jeans.

Well, I was doing laundry. And I was hanging up some of Wayne's jeans...and I thought to myself, "I wonder if these would fit?"

Sure enough, they were perfect!!!!!!!!!!

Wayne came home from work that night, and said, "Honey...you got some new jeans!"

And I said, "No sweetie! These are yours! I'm just going to borrow them for a couple of weeks."

The look on Wayne's face was priceless. He looked down at his belly. Then he looked at my belly. Then, he looked at his belly again.

I thought the poor man was going to cry!biggrinbiggrinbiggrin

What a crack up. I will remember that till the day I die.wink

HM, if you could have seen him...walking away...shaking his head.

LOL!

Here, I thought I was doing the right thing. Saving money, by finding something that would work for a couple of weeks, instead of running out and buying more.

I think Wayne would have been happier, if I had gone shopping, instead.wink

I didn't need maternity clothes, or bigger sizes, until those last few months.

I didn't either. Gosh, I only gained 19 pounds with Paul.

And I lost 7, in the last 3 weeks I was pregnant. cry

Thirteen pound weight gain...9 pound 7 ounce baby. I walked out of the hospital in size 10 street clothes.

(The weight loss, only got worse, from there. I almost ended up, back in the hospital, my poor doctor was so freaked out.)

I did the same thing with DS' dad's jeans!  Rolled the cuff up on the bottom, perfect.

The last 3 weeks I carried Caitlyn, I gained 17 pounds in fluid. The doctor had me on bed rest, I was still so swollen I couldn't wear shoes. It was summer and I felt like I had car Covers for dresses. Couldn't wear anything else.

With Jesse, the whole pregnancy, I would gain 1 pound and lose 2. There wasn't any swelling at all, I lost more weight than I gained.

With Aaron, it was completely uneventful.

IKWTDS, I'm 3 inches shorter than Wayne. But, his body is longer.

We both wear the same inseam. 32 inches.

I didn't even have to roll up the cuff.

His jeans fit me, perfectly.

Much to his dismay.wink

My mom got me watching the voice. It's the results show to reveal who goes to the final. This is why I never watched before, I don't need this kind of stress in my life! Come on Brennley.

I lost so much weight during the first two trimesters that I ended up with only a 5 pound net weight gain. DS was 7 lbs, 9 oz.

I was able to wear my regular clothes until third trimester. I had to get stretchy pants when my biggest pair of pants no longer fit. DS bunched himself up so he was above the waistband and up against my lungs. When I put the stretchy pants on, DH even noted my stomach instantly dropped. DS loved headbutting my bladder (he stayed head down most of the pregnancy) so I got familiar with where the bathroom was in every store I visited. I can definitely empathize with Jessi on that one!
