that's an understatement. I have to buy furniture polish from Amazon because no one here sells the kind he likes.
I have a stash of binders, pen refills, and post its because he only likes a certain kind.

That is great! But are you good with hearing every rain drop? those roofs are fantastic and don't leak, but just get used to the noise. I know I could!
