Mom was woken up around 2 AM with another nose bleed. She has an appt this afternoon with her doctor. The girl at the front desk didn't think she needed to be seen right away, apparently. (eyeroll)
Another dreary day here. I guess I shouldn't complain, since it was at least nice for our Memorial Day feast.

I am getting to old to be taking all these grand's for four days!

Aaron carried the shower doors outside so I could scrub them down.

What choice do we have? lol I decided a long time ago that I'm going down fighting.
DH and I thoroughly organized our pantry, freezer, and fridge yesterday and made lists of what is in each area. That was a lot of work but worth it. Found some things we didn't know we had. Also found an opened container of frosting in the pantry. I have a sneaky suspicion my favorite boy child had something to do with said frosting. I don't save frosting that I don't use and I sure wouldn't put it in the pantry if I did.
Never know when you might need just a tad on a cookie.

Mom has an appt. with the ENT in a few minutes to cauterize a small ulcer in the back of her nose. It's supposed to burn like hell, but should do the trick. She was taken off baby aspirin and is increasing her BP medicine slightly. So we'll see.
Good news is, the sinus cavity heals almost as quickly as the eyes.

So the ENT said there's nothing to cauterize. Said it has been dry out, and to lay off the baby aspirin (she's taken it for as long as she can remember). She doesn't have heart issues, so no need to take it. It will take a week or so for it to get out of her blood and then she can start to heal. Her BP is fine (her machine is probably broken).
