It's a pretty nice day so far. Although I just looked out the window and a big black cloud just moved over the neighbor's yard. hahaha We're not expecting any rain. The humidity is really low and there's a nice breeze blowing once in awhile.
I have a few errands to run but I'm off the next three days so I have time. lol But, donuts are calling me. hmmmm
I've cleaned the pollen off the deck and put up the umbrella. Will be out there later. I did some weeding and now need to do one errand. But Flea Market flip has sucked me in.

It's rather nice out right now although it looks like it could rain any minute.
Today is my day.
Think I'll pull out my paints.

It has been a spectacular day here so far. I decided since we had all the rain the last few days, I'd go for a ride before running a few errands. Boy, was I glad I did. Unfortunately, I forgot the camera on the table. It was so clear, I could see for miles! No haze at all around from humidity. A beautiful breeze and big white puffy clouds dotting the deepest of blue sky! I took all the back roads up, down and around the mountains. Loved it.
Then I stopped at the store and picked up some snacks and milk; stopped at the open air market and got watermelon and cantaloupe. Oh and a couple of my favorite donuts. Life is good!

DH and I just got through picking another 400
tomatoes. What doesn't sell at the farm stand
I'll make into spaghetti sauce. The field is like
a bog - with over 4" of rain yesterday, and more
showers today. Vette, you should have been
here when DH had all his watermelons. I'll
have to find someone who can help me post
pictures to show you how HUGE they are!

Ugh, I can barely even stand to slice up average sized melons!

Was it a bad day?
Or was it a bad five minutes that you milked all day?
I got one of those new "doo-hickie" things that
slice just the red part of a watermelon. It
actually works pretty well. It looks like a pair
of tongs, joined at the tip, with serrated sides.
Ten bucks for a piece of equipment that does
only one thing, but at least it keeps my hands
free from sticky watermelon juice.

I've got to see this doo-hickie in action.
