Chef? Do you have any info on the Apartments insurance? If you do call directly and say you are going to file a claim against their Errors & Omissions policy.
Everyone? The E&O policy 'protects' the apartment from neglecting fixing something. You bring that up? I'm sure their insurance people will be right in touch.
