Good morning. Just checking in. Might be a rainy day here. Leaving shortly with DD as we are attending a colored pencil drawing class. I will post pics later, lol. Hope you all have a great day!
It's a beautiful start to the day here. Big white puffy clouds dotted against a deep blue sky. Sun is in and out. There's a very nice slight breeze and virtually no humidity. It rained and rained and rained night before last and most of the day yesterday.
Not much on my agenda for the day. The shredder I ordered was finally delivered around 8:00 last night. I have to work this afternoon but guess what I'll be doing the next few days. hahaha
This one will do eight sheets at a time. Will also shred credit cards. It says it has a warning light for when it starts to get "tired" so I can give it a "break". hahaha The last shredder I had even did staples. lol Unfortunately, I gave that one to DS when I moved to NH for a couple years. This one will do just fine! Anything that gets these mounds of paper off my table and out of my files is awwwwww-summmmmmm (said in my worst singing voice).
All this rain has caused a musty smell. Put out some damp-rid yesterday. Hopefully it will help.

Bad storm moving in. I unplugged my laptop. Luckily I mowed the lawn already but the rest of the lawn work will have to wait.
DD's paternal Gram picked her up to go bday shopping for the ex, she comes running back in the house saying she needed money for the gift. I was like what???? Your Gram can buy it and DD said no that Gram told her she had to pay. What a cheapskate!

times like these, I kind of regret not sticking with the sciences. I had a horrible professor my first semester of college, I felt completely stupid and ended up dropping the class. I was too young and inexperienced to realize it was a bad professor and not that I was fundamentally lacking the ability to understand the subject.
Sorry LGS, loving your daughter's more than your's but both are great!
Oh no problem! Lol. The instructor didn't seem to like mine as much. I didnt' have the hairs going the right way, etc, i wasn't holding the pencil right, lol. She loved DD's! I do art for sheer pleasure of doing it. I do my best but it turns out how it turns out.
