What the hell? And why does a priest own a corvette? Here is a standard rule - never, ever, EVER, trust a rich preacher. Priests and preachers have a higher responsibility to be an example to the flock they tend, setting an example of Jesus' teachings. Of course they don't have to be perfect, but they shouldn't be flaunting frivolous materialism, either.

 Doesn't say he owns the corvette.  He may have been on vaca and sometimes people rent nicer vehicles than they own when on vaca,  But, regardless, he shouldn't be a priest.

 He should be avoiding even the appearance of impropriety.  

And of course, it goes without saying he shouldn't be pointing guns at people.

not enough information to slam the guy--doesn't really matter what he was driving--how long had the truck been following him? was the truck trying to force him off the road? he obviously was scared/felt threatened--vettes are way low and considerably smaller than a truck, especially if the truck is lifted, has oversize tires, has all the cowboy replacement bumpers/grill guards--the priest was probably charged because he was honest about the incident--from the article, he was definitely provoked in some fashion

I wonder if the priest had some kind of mental breakdown.

There is nothing wrong with a preacher/priest having money.

Luke 6:38 Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.

Personally, poor preachers/priest make me wonder why they are not living in God's blessings.

And preachers/priests are human just like everyone else. Yes, they should be the example, but let's not forget that Jesus had a moment of temple rage when he flipped tables and whipped people, or that God, Himself, is wrathfull.

The only thing that makes this story stand out from the other 20 incidents of road rage that day was that the police were called and the guy just happened to be a priest.

 First, NO ONE said a preacher had to live in squalor.  NO WHERE.  However, the Bible says not to hoard riches, to give it to the poor.  And a preacher is supposed to set the example for his flock.  He is held to a higher stander.  The Bible tells us many things, and it tells preachers specifically -
