My fairly new (7 months) Motorola phone will not
ring, or vibrate, or chirp. Spent 65 minutes on the
phone with a lovely young lady from Verizon. She
had perfect diction and went through all of the steps
with me with great patience. Sadly, we've come to
the conclusion that I need to take the phone to a
Verizon store (45 minutes away) to have them do
a factory reset. If they have to give me a new
phone, I'll have to take a course on how to use it!

When I first got internet I used GTE as a provider. I would call at all hours, and they were great. I remember waking up once around 2 AM and tried to check my email (dialup) and was having problems. Called GTE. The technician was so nice and helpful, and taught me so much about computers. He talked me through organizing folders, everything. He said he was glad to have someone to talk to because he didn't get many calls at 2 AM. LOL
