You know it's going to be a great day when you catch yourself muttering "I hate you" to a power point presentation

I'm off. It is extremely humid today and sprinkles every so often so my outdoor clean up plan is on hold. I've been decluttering. I went through all my clothes last year and it needs doing again. but off to lunch in an hour with a friend so I am not getting into that big of a project.

 What's the issue?  Formatting?

Mostly, yes. We have slides from multiple presentations getting pulled in. So it's all a jumble. plus, I've been working on this nearly non stop all week. I'm tired of seeing it's stupid face.

So you need a template. When you copy and paste, choose copy text only so the formatting is what is in the template.

It's the last day of Mom's visit. She flies back home tomorrow.cry

We've had a great time. I will be sad to see her go.

The kids are coming down for dinner.

I already have my banana pudding made for dessert.smile

Have a great day, everyone!

I have a template. I have master slides. It's not working the way it's supposed to. Everything is correct, but it's not flowing through. I have no idea why.

It's because PowerPoint is not a MS developed application and so sometimes the integration of the products create issues.  Start from scratch.

My goodness, this has been the longest week.

Enjoying the cooler temps though.

Anyone know of a good Elvis impersonator?

 My DH.

Big Elvis (not sure how much he charges or if he travels outside of Vegas).

There's also a guy at my church but I don't know his name.

I'm enjoying some downtime before I have to start the cheesecake. My uncle asked me to make my Reese's cheesecake (not my recipe) for his gf's birthday tomorrow. I'm honored he liked it so much that he wants me to make it for her. I'll get it made today and do the chocolate lattice on it tomorrow.

 That's cool!

But I can't import. Hehe.

I have put out feelers but so far, nada.

On another note, we have a couple red birds building a nest on the ground right beside our side step.

Chef ~
Could you possibly share the recipe for the
Reese's cheesecake? And by any chance do
you have a picture of a finished one? I'm
looking for something special to enter for the
baked goods contest at our Old Town Day in
October.
Thanks
Momala

 It's from this site: https://hugsandcookiesxoxo.com/2014/03/reeses-peanut-butter-cup-cheesecake-brownie-crust.html

I don't like cheesecake but everyone I've made it for has loved it. Cut down on the peanut butter if you'd rather not have an in-your-face peanut butter flavor. I let it come to room temp before serving because the brownie crust is too hard otherwise. I use a 10 inch springform.

Here's mine ...

and modified for Thanksgiving ...

When I was a kid, we had an owl living in our old oak tree. Saw and heard it all the time.

I saw a beautiful rainbow yesterday on my way home from the FT job to change for the PT job. It was gorgeous! I love seeing rainbows.

 Thanks :)

Uncle's gf loved the cheesecake. I'm glad. I enjoy cooking for people and it makes me happy when they enjoy it.

DH requested an Andes Mint cheesecake for his birthday. He says I have a gift for making cheesecake. Interesting because I don't like cheesecake. I love cream cheese but I just don't like cheesecake. He's also requested my roasted chicken meal for his birthday. Easy enough.
