I got a curious email from boss yesterday. Instructing me to check with one of our consultants on his travel arrangements, see if he needs assistance. Boss said he's meeting consultant at our corporate office. I was a little confused, since boss isn't scheduled to travel for over a month. Then today I get an alert that boss' trip is starting soon. Hmmm, what trip?
I think I figured it out, but I'll have to confirm. Boss told me to book him a hotel room for October 20-22, extending an already planned trip next month. Looks like he meant September 20-22!

Sunday started off foggy. Now in the 80's and sunny. My neighbor is going to help me move a bush from one side of my property to the other. I'll get all sweaty, then take my shower and relax.
Spent the morning reviewing my credit reports. All is good to date.

Just returned from Michael's where DD picked out some canvases and paints. So happy she has this artistic side and creativity. She doesn't get it from me! Fun shopping with her.

I decided to go to the remaining two department stores in my area to shop for white, collared, button-down shirts / blouses for the bank job. I don't want to spend a ton or buy too many because I truly don't know if I'm going to stay there if I find something else. I literally walked around ALL departments four times and came up with absolutely nothing! Not a one! I did find a couple blue ones that we can wear on Fridays but only on Fridays! This is just ridiculous!!! I may actually write an email to the President of the bank complaining! I don't know what they expect us to do if stores don't carry white, collared, button-down shirts. I am not traveling two hours, spending money I don't have on gas trying to find this crap!
Stopped at the grocery store where I work PT to pick up a few things and the woman who was sent home for being "off kilter" the other night was there . . . bright-eyed and bushy-tailed. She actually looked good / normal. I was happy to see that!
Now, I'm home and trying to decide what to make for dinner. Perhaps some shrimp fried rice? *shrug* Who knows what will strike my fancy once I open the freezer! hahaha
Grrr I have to find one of those white button down tops for DD for chorus. It is so hard! Do not implement a dress code people with out having a resource for the clothes!

See! IKR? I mean, if you're going to insist on a specific type and color then provide them! It's winter time! White is not on the racks. It's hard enough to find a plain white shirt in the summer let alone winter! GRRR!

I ended up in the boys' department and found one there. And, all the blue ones I found? Yep, boys' department. Not a single one in the girls' or women's depts.

Actually our mall has been refusing new leases and not renewing leases for almost 3 years now.
Supposedly it has been sold and the new owner wants to refurbish it.
Personally, I think it's just closing.
