Morning.

Errands in town today.

Monster is miffed. Been gradually giving him more dog food than human food. He is noticing and giving a lot of side eye. But he has to lose a little weight. Sorry little dude.

Hope everyone is well, or at least as well as can be expected.

Happy Tuesday.

I feed Sonny grain free and only half a cup a day. He is peppy.

Busy getting ready for our "sisters quilting weekend"!

Yes, I bought lots of booze. I forgot the list at home, winged it and failed. Forgot the Tequila Rose! Now I have to make another trip to the "store". biggrin

Today is the day I prep the fabrics. May need another can of sizing. hmm

The weather has been cool and very wet. Fall is definitely here to stay.

Hope you all have an awesome day!

Not sure where the weekend went. FIL ran some more diagnostics on the truck. He's going to test the regulator today. Methinks he's rather enjoying himself because he's finding and fixing little things along the way. He's also figured out why my back left door won't open and is going to fix it.

I'm back at the preschool search for DS. Hoping to find one that can accept him even though it'd be a late start. If not, oh well. No one could've predicted the flood and losing our home. This past summer was one wild ride and we're still on the roller coaster. But, we have a stable home now so we're thankful for that.

Monster is a pig. He thinks he is supposed to eat every time we do. It's my fault.

Been putting a cup of dry in his bowl and leaving it for him to graze on.

He is getting better at not wanting everything.

Going to start picking it up next week. Getting him on more of a schedule.

I spoiled him. It's all my fault.

I want someone else to do the wash.

Or we could just go naked.

Might be an interesting experience.

I'd do laundry everyday if I could!

I think you've weathered the storm rather well.

You could probably find a 3 day program that will still take him.

Get on all the waiting lists.

A lot of times spaced come open around Christmas.

 Thanks :)

Good to know about spaces opening around Christmas.

We're hoping the preschool two of our friends use has an opening for the afternoon session. It's 2 days per week and $130 for the month. Good price, imo.

DS knows a lot of the typical preschool stuff so he should be good academically. We just want him to get in the habit of going to school and all that entails. He could benefit from a structured school environment in addition to doing workbooks and activities at home.

Sadly, yes. I spent to much time oohing and aahing over the white chocolate liqueur..

That's what preschool is for, establishing routine and teaching social skills.

You could get extra credit if you make rum balls.

It would seem we are getting new carpet at the office. However, both people involved with the ordering and setting installation of said carpet are out today. So guess who's here babysitting the carpet guys?

That sucks, DG.

Look at the size of the grapes I got at the store today.

The controller keeps sticking his head in my office, smirking, and walking away. Last time I told him I hated him.

I can't.  Can't leave the doors open with no one here. Everyone else will be leaving soon.
