Ours was good, but #2 seems to be sick. He got a flu shot Saturday and Sunday started coughing. Mild fever last night/this morning, so we're going to the doctor in a bit. Other than that, they did score some good loot and we didn't get as many kids as we have in the past so we have a ton of candy. I was going to take it in to work but instead I'm home with a sick child today....

I live out of town so I never get any trick or treaters, this year I invited a few kids from church to stop by and of course my grandson and fixed up goody bags for them. Ds, dil and grandson came by afterwards and we watched the great pumpkin Charlie Brown.
Due to a lot of neighbhoods still in rough shape from the storm, we had a lot more kids come to my neighborhood. Luckily I assumed that was going to happen and bought more candy. I have 5 measly mound bars left. Also discovered that I do have storm damage. Siding came off the back of my house and it appears water got underneath and flooded an interior outlet. Cleaning lady plugged in her vacuum and flames shot out.

We enjoyed a nice amount of trick-or-treaters on Tuesday night. It was cold and windy so that did cut down on the numbers. DH is glad for the left over candy. I would rather pitch it, but he wants it.
I've been busy quilting quilts for two more grand kids. That will make four done when I get finished. The race is on!
It rained here last night. So glad it wasn't snow!
Back to the sewing machine I go!
