We have enough leftovers for maybe one meal. No turkey left, at all.

Since I went out for my meal I too have no leftovers. Funny, friend gave my dog a bowl of turkey and gravy yesterday and this morning Sonny looked at his dog food I put in his bowl and he looked at it then at me as if to say "where is the gravy"?

We have plenty of leftovers and I sent some home with my parents yesterday. SIL is coming today, so we'll have turkey sandwiches for lunch if she hasn't eaten yet. If she's eaten, we'll have it for dinner.
I am having my turkey today due to my kid's schedules! Anyway, for leftovers, i usually plate several full turkey dinner meals and freeze them. DH loves having some frozen turkey dinners. Then i make turkey salad which DD and I adore! YUM!
My favorite part of Thanksgiving is the leftover turkey sandwiches. I had one for breakfast. Toasted kaiser roll, mayo, salt & pepper, pickles tomatoes & turkey. I forgot to put a slice of cheese on it though. Oh well. I have enough for a second sandwich later.
We had a little bit of meat and the drumsticks & wings leftover so I froze them and will defrost this weekend and make soup. There was a little bit of gravy, too, which I froze and will add to the soup to give it a nice flavor.
LEXXY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (tackles with a big ol hug!!!)
G made turkey noodle soup yesterday with the bones and a lot of the leftover meat. I swear, it's better than the Thanksgiving meal. We had it for supper last night, I ate it for breakfast and brought a bowl for lunch.

we vacuum sealed some turkey and froze it and I made a turkey casserole thing with turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing and gravy, and put the wings and carcass in my Instant Pot with some chopped up carrots and celery and made some delicious broth that I froze. basically down to just a bit of the turkey left and 2 pieces of homemade pumpkin pie Paul is feasting away on, though Liam did have a tiny piece last night with whipped cream, HE loved it~! his belt even had pie in the holes and I had to use a toothpick to clean them out LOL
