For those of you who have a "Dollar Tree" in
your area, go to the back of the store to the
freezer section. They have 3.5 oz rib eye
steaks - $1.00 each! ! !
Because it is our main protein meal, I use two for
each portion. They are very thin, and cook very
quickly. Prepare your sides and veggies first.
I like to saute about 4 oz sliced mushrooms for
them, and serve with a green veggie.
Who knew Dollar Tree would have such a treasure!
