Jesse Watters, 39, is in the midst of a divorce fight with his wife of nine years Noelle, after admitting to an affair with his 25-year-old associate producer Emma DiGiovine, the New York Daily News reported on Saturday.

The up-and-coming Fox News star, who just landed his own show last year, told his bosses about the affair shortly after Noelle filed for divorce in October, sources told the outlet.

DiGiovine was transferred to work for The Ingraham Angle, but she and Watters have continued to date, sources said.

'Within 24 hours of Jesse Watters voluntarily reporting to the Chief of Human Resources in November 2017 that he was in a consensual relationship with a woman on his staff, management met with both parties and a decision was made for the woman to be transferred to work on another program on the network where she currently remains,' a Fox News spokeswoman told the newspaper.

Watters married Noelle Inguagiato in 2009. They also met on the job at Fox News.

He was working for Bill O'Reilly's show and she worked for the advertising and promotions department and was the host of a web show called iMag Style.

In 2011, the couple had a pair of twin daughters. Noelle never returned from maternity leave, while Watters' star rose at Fox News.

Attorneys for both Noelle and Jesse Watters did not comment to the Daily News, and a woman at DiGiovine's New Jersey home declined to comment.

 They are both sluts.  She knew he was married.  Adultery is a sin, and in some states, still a crime.  Participating in that doesn't make you a "better" person because you are not the married one.  Furthermore, some states still allow the "other" person to be sued for alienation of affection.

Oh, i agree that she absolutely knew he was married. But, the bigger slut is him, the one who cheated on his spouse. So, if your husband cheats, who is more at fault in your eyes? To me, my spouse made vows TO ME, she didn't make vows to me, he did. She can run around and sleep with the entire NFL, what would I care? But, your spouse made vows to you.

There are those who don't know the man is married.

There are those who fall in love and are weak and allow the married man to convince them their marriage is over in order to seduce the woman.

I am not sure generalizing all "mistresses" as skanky sluts is fair.

 But this isn't just about his wife.  This is a whole societal issue involving the moral decay of society and the disrespect for the institution of marriage.  Cheating usually leads to divorce, which leads to children who less advantages and have higher incidences of drug addiction, crime, etc.  Which impacts us all.
