The guy we're buying the house from told us about his neighbors who are great people...look over the property when no one is there, a real handy man that helps around the place, mows the lawn and trims the bushes. If we want to rent it out, the wife will clean (all of this for a fee of course), said he had been friends with them for years.
Well, he texted me this morning, letting me know that, oh, we actually know the husband. He put a roof on our other house, and stops by when were not there just to check on the place. He actually has a key to the old house. How awesome is that? We already know our neighbors and know we can trust them with the property! SOOOO excited! G is headed up there now to go over some stuff. I wish I was going!!!!!

We are in our swing season. We swing from Winter to Summer and back to Winter every day.
