so I told most of you about DD and her friend. Long story short is they had a falling out and friend's mom wanted to intervene and "fix things" She is a helicopter parent. She even put DD on a group text with me to let me know that she disagreed with me that DD had lied (she hadn't). As soon as DD proved her wrong on the lying the mother blocked us both. What ever.

Fast forward and the kids are friends which I knew they would be and friend is here tonight, dropped off by mom. Eating crow she is right now. Oh and BTW she is a school counselor.

I'm taking this miserable chest cold to bed now. Hope I don't die before morning..

I did try to burn it out with lots of wine. :/

 She is one of the ONES turning our kids into snowflakes, I may or may not have said that. wink Still she is eating crow and not liking it.

Kids are always on again/off again. I stay out of it and try to provide the skills to the boys to work out their own problems.

My cold is taking a toll on me as well. At least the Variety Show stuff is over now.
