My activities included the bank and going to Lowes to choose patio tiles. I discovered Brock paver base panels which means I may be able to do the project myself which will cost me a lot in labor.
4 hours spent in the sun scrubbing the resin railing on my deck. Perspective? 20 sections X 4 feet each = 80 feet of cleaning the spindles and the rails and such. I am now soaking the post caps. Have put 11 back on. Deck looks awesome but still need to clean the deck boards, that is much less work.
It's been a great day! DD and I are having brunch for dinner.

I got up, and got a pork roast in the crock pot for pulled pork.
We helped Conor and Jessi with yardwork, from 8 to 10.
Got cleaned up and took the gang out for lunch.
Now, I'm going to make Banana Pudding for dessert tomorrow. And a breakfast casserole, for the morning.
I'm pooped.
I'll bet IKWTDS is pooped, too!
We got an Easter miracle. Paul is off tomorrow! I can't believe it! He never gets a Saturday or Sunday off! (The buggers probably didn't want to have to pay him for the holiday. I'm good with that.)

on the road.
I had to return to the HEB grocery
store (where I always buy the flowers
for Church), and let them know that
they packed an additional 8 plants in
my car, that didn't get scanned. They
always take such good care of me, I
don't want them to have a problem
when they do an inventory.

Sounds like everyone had a busy day, had my nails done and hosted Easter dinner and Easter egg hunt for the kids and grandkids and nephews and nieces. I’m tired. Dh is leaving town for a week tomorrow. Taking someone to Houston for surgery.
Don't want to whine on the Easter thread so I'll whine here. Got the shingles vaccine yesterday. My arm is killing me! I have a good sized lump at injection site. Sadly, there's one more in 2 months. But, well worth it. Pharmacist said the literature is impressive. 90% effective in clinical studies. I'm only 52 so I'm getting a lot of years without risk of shingles!

Try a warm compress, and very gently massage the area.
Next time you get the shot, do the massaging then.
And take Tylenol 30 minutes before.
I probably need to get the shingles vaccine, too.
