Anyone have one? What kind do you have and do you like it? Silhouette or Cricut, specifically.

I found a ton of Disney inspired shirts I'd like to get the girls for our trip, but I think it might be cheaper for me to get the machine and make them myself. Looking into it, there are a ton of possibilities with these things and it looks kind of exciting!

Sorry, I can't help you on this one.

Are the machines expensive?

Do you see a theme?

It depends on what you like. I like a cricut b/c I can use it without my computer or with my computer. The Silhouette requires a computer, I believe.

There will be people who swear up and down one is better than the other. The Silhouette is probably better- but it's more expensive, and as I said, computer oriented.

That's interesting, I hadn't heard that yet..but both are similarly priced now, which makes the decision harder, lol

I read this review - depending on what you are doing with it, the silhouette can't cut as much material as the cricut can.

Thanks! I have been reading tons of reviews on both of them, but that was the best and most objective. I'm 99% sure I'm going to grab one today. Joann's has the bundle on sale and they carry a purple one!
