I don’t think that the school can require girls to wear a bra.
That shirt was not revealing in any way.

 Used to hang with three other couples.  One was recently married, both in the military.  After she went away for a couple of months for officer training they attended BBQ at my house.  She must have gotten a bit horny during her time away and was trying to get her DH's attention.  low cut top with pasties on the nips.  I dubbed her nips that night.  And even though they soon divorced we always refer to her as Nips.

If I were going to a beach party, I would always wear a one piece. But going to the beach with female friends or a boyfriend, I'd go with a two piece. In mixed company, I remained conservative and respectful of other girlfriends and wives.
