I get what lily is saying...hormonally, he would have more female hormones than a male would. She's not talking about the physical aspect. And she's talking about the dangers of taking these hormones during the puberty phase of one's life.
So? Gay men have less testosterone than other men - it doesn't make them women. Hormones vary in each individual. Actively adding or reducing hormones artificially does not alter your gender.

I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.
It changes your body. Making what would normally have been a 6 foot tall, 200 pound man, into a 5 foot 6 inches, 140 pound male with the muscle mass of a woman, bones that are more likely to be broken, joints that are more prone deterioration, and the higher possibility of cancer and other diseases.

Yes, it does change their bodies. Puts them at risk of many cancers as well. It seems ill advised. However, adults may do as they please. And, if they choose to take hormones under a doctor's care, then that is their prerogative. However if you choose one path in life, then you cannot choose another. So, do whatever you want to do, but then you don't get to come destroy womens' sports with a biological male body.
Watching 'I am Jazz", Jazz has been on hormone suppression since a very young age. So, that slowed the devolopment of male features. And, the result is it slowed the development of sex organs, the penis, so now that she wants to create a 'vagina", there is very little tissue to do this and probably stunted sexual pleasure.
For transgenders, it is a long , difficult road. Again, they may do whatever they please but surely it isn't an easy road to go down in life.
This is the side of transgender that the LGBTQ agenda pushers don't want to discuss.
