Oh and the group of kids at Harvard to hire him to build the website for their idea for social media? Bet they are laughing their asses off right now. he stole their idea (they were too trusting and didn't have a contract for copyright) and sued but awarded only 50K I think.

I don't think he is screwed. Nothing ever happens to these uber rich.
I disagree. Depends on who is affected. In the past few years Madoff, Wienstein and the other Hollywood elites. The SEC will start their own investigation is my guess.

Zuckerberg was probably thinking what dolts these Senators are, lol. Sitting there with looking over their bifocals as if they even have a clue about the technology Facebook uses. Zuckerberg can easily tell them what they want to hear and who would even know what Facebook is doing?
I was on the phone with my sociopath friend's ex-wife during his testimony so I missed it.
I hope, at the very least, he gets nailed to the cross over the insider trading bit. But as for selling information, FB is a business, first and foremost, and it's up to members to keep from posting private information on it, or keep in mind that there is no expectation of privacy when it comes to social media.
My mother is upset because she always thought that our "conversations" on messenger were private. I laughed, reminding her that even telephone conversations aren't private. And in this day and age, it's hard to determine whether conversations that take place in people's homes are private anymore, with "security" cameras and devices people install. I use the term (security) loosely, because I think these monitoring devices are anything but, secure.
Eavesdropping has been around since the beginning of time, IMO. I remember many years ago, at an agency I worked at in the 1990's, where the IT guy was rumored to be sitting in his little IT room listening in on phone conversations. (I actually "caught" him crouching down behind the wall of my cubicle when I was whispering on the phone with someone) So............I told my BFF, and we "staged" a telephone conversation about him. No names were mentioned, just "remember that guy I told you about who was listening in on conversations", etc., and the conversation alluded to him getting fired in the near future and charges were going to be brought. Now, I don't know if this little performance we did was the cause, but he left work that day and no one ever heard from him again.
