If you wrap a wash cloth around it, and wear snug undies, you can put one against your lower stomach. Where the cramps are.
It can be secured with a couple safety pins if needed.
It helps with the cramps.

Waiting for news, new grandson will arrive today, having a good day with the little man even though I'm pretty sleepy. Took him to a pet store so he could look at the rats,mice,lizards and snakes and then steak n shake for lunch.
I had a scare like that once FWM, at the time we had 5 dogs and they were all out of the fence, milling around a bush at a house across the street. In my panic I called and whistled as if it were dinner time and as one massive group they came barreling back into the yard! Man I was lucky

Thank you, poor girl looked so exhausted and she is petite so I was so worried for her since they estimated his weight at 10 pound. I’m so glad it’s over for her and now I’m excited 😊
Unfortunately not, they are about 80 miles away and little mans bedtime is 7:30, we most likely will go tomorrow.
Oh good! Everyone will be rested up. I remember when DD was born and my entire family descended on the hospital and they all live 100+miles away. i was blown away but also wished they had waited a day.

The squash pickles come out just like
regular bread & butter pickles. I use
the very small ones, so not too many
seeds. I have some from last year's
crop that I will use as my samples at
the Farmers' Market this Saturday.
I'll also have DH's squash, new (red)
potatoes, and my knitted ruffled
boas. I just might make some money.
