Good morning, Good Geeks!

I'm watching The Tennis. Go Rafa!

It's going to be hot, again.

I think I'll hide in the house today.wink

Have a good day, everyone.smile

Off to the farm stand in a few minutes.
Going to be very hot today - at least
we have fans at the stand.

Hot here too. Low 90's and humid. Love it! On call so I'm just doing chores.

I have to work a bit today. But the groceries and other errands are done, lawn is mowed, and the house cleaner is here. So working a couple of hours is nothing and will give me a jump on next week.

And going to see The Book Club tonight with, well my book club!

Need to put away the clutter.

Happy Saturday!

Last week I was stuck in line behind some lady at the movie theater. She was buying tickets for that movie a few days early. She wanted 11, fine, np. Then she was whining that there were only 10 seats per row. Then she was upset because it's assigned seats and one more person was going to get her ticket on her own. Sigh, tick tock. They only reason I was in line was because it was a super eraly show and you can't scan your phone because there is no ticket person at the first show, only the lady in the booth. She could have just done the whole thing online.

When we go somewhere as a large group, and we need to reserve seats, we try not to do a single row.

It's easier to do like a block, instead.

Two on each row, in front of each other.

Or three in a row.

It IS sunny here! It will be gone by tomorrow though.

Took my dogs to the vet for their rabies and to get some allergy pills. $200 later I'm feeling very ripped off.

But, that's a vet for you. One of these days I need to get my chi's teeth done, that's going to be a 1200 dollar bill.

Was out in town when 19 year old neighbor texted DD that she was in an accident on her way home from work. She ended up needing a ride because the car needed to be towed. We picked her up and she started complaining of neck pain. Made a U turn and we are now sitting in the ER. Her parents live in Vermont and her room mates do not have cars. The grandparents live a few miles away but are pretty old. Poor kid. 💙

That is so nice of you to be there for her.  I hope my kids always have friends and such to help them.  Very comforting.

Book Club was a good cheesy movie. Fun time with my neighborhood friends. Saw the trailer for Mama Mia 2, I so need to see that!

 Love cheesy movies!

ER is packed,  typical Saturday night. My phone is dying and I'm on call so I'm sitring in my car now. DD is sitting with her. She's in s lot of pain. She's a CNA here so she understands the pain scale. She said she's an 8.

I just finished watching an awesome movie on Starz called "Only the Brave" about the Granite Mountain Hotshots who became one of the most elite firefighting teams in the United States. The team was based in Prescott, AZ. I recommend watching if you get the chance.
