Lordy, I hate my dryer. It's a newer one with the heat sensor, etc. Ugg. It turns off constantly before the clothes are dry even when I use the timer setting. And my washer literally LIES to me. It tells me a load will take 54 minutes, and and hour and 15 minutes later it still has 10 minutes to go. GRRRRRR.
I'm going to have to replace these to save my sanity. Does anyone here have a washer and dryer they love that was purchased recently?

I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.
Replaced them with a basic set and haven't had a problem in 10 years.
I don't even remember what brand they are.
I'll look next time I'm out there.

I loved my LG. But now I have Samsung. I love the wrinkle-free cycle. Love it. The LG had a tray I had to fill with water but not the Samsung.
The cycles work as indicated as far as drying and the washing. My only complaints are the doors do not close as solidly as the LG so that part feels a little cheap. And the lint tray is a little difficult to put back in. I have gotten the knack of it now, but initially I swore at it a few times.
Both the LG and Samsung are front loaders. I need that because I have mine stacked. But it's a PIA to have to leave the washer door open to dry and empty out the detergent tray or else mold sets in.
The dryers are only as good as the HE washers are. My HE washer was one of the first made so the vibration/balance isn't great. I am looking to replace it. The dryer is excellent. Not one issue with it. Both are GE.

Love them both. Plain, bare
bones. I'd love to be able
to dry my laundry outside,
but there is so much dust
I'd have to wash them all
over again.
