All NE states, except NH, have sales tax and those states typically have one weekend in the summer where people can buy things tax free. Well NH is getting into the fold. I laugh at this because people travel here from all over NH to buy booze and wine anyway. This is going to put a lot of traffic in our stores.

MANCHESTER, N.H. —
Granite Staters can get 13 percent off a liquor purchase as part of a sales tax holiday for other states.
The New Hampshire Liquor Commission is offering residents of other New England states a one-time discount equal to twice their regular sales tax.
One-time liquor deal available for NH residents
Since the sales tax is zero percent in New Hampshire, the commission is offering the highest possible discount, 13 percent, to New Hampshire residents.
To get the deal, which is available now through Sept. 3, customers must sign up for the coupon.
