I should be getting some OT today but my car is broken down. I'll be hating myself next paycheck, especially since I just bought a ton of crap from Ross.

That just happened to me too with my Jeep! Unfortunately, that repair cost me $1,325 and it didn't fix the problem. UGH
Just arrived home from Erie. Doing laundry and packing up again. This time for a real vaca at the family cottage. DS is driving DD out there.
They dropped me off at the airport and took off on a road trip, one which I was not invited on LOL. They stopped in Shanksville to see the 9/11 memorial. I talked to them about 1.5 hours ago. They were in NJ near NY border having dinner.
I am picking up a friend of DD's tomorrow morning and we will head down to the cottage. Looking forward to this.

Just got back from the bank - BOTH DH's and my debit cards were hacked - and the withdrawals put us into over draft. The bank immediately cancelled them, but it will take up to ten business days for the money to be returned. In the meantime, we have temporary cards. The only problem is, they are useless until we put more money in the account. Thank goodness we have another account (with a different bank).

I am home! Horrible drive back from the cottage. F'ing state of CT actually CLOSED a small portion of a highway that runs from the shore line to Mass on a Friday afternoon in summer. we all had to get off an exit and then right back on. Cost me about 45 minutes. Jerks.
This weekend is all about laundry and prepping DD for back to school. Taking 3 teens to the mall tomorrow.
Dog was exited to have us home. He is too cute.
