Made a potroast in my crock pot. Miraulously didn't over cook it. Then totally undercooked the rice, so i've got the rice sitting in the hot roast juice hoping it will cook itself like meat does while it's resting!

The entire thing turned out terrible. The rice improved, fut the roast was incredibly greasy and fatty. I couldn't even save it. Such a waste.
