CBD oil is still illegal in our state, but I know a lot of people who use it. Colorado is close. ;)
Endured the torture chamber this morning again. Have to back off a few of the home exercises. My arm protested to loudly and the therapist is afraid I may have a set back if I don't slow it down. So, I guess I'll have to do what she says. Darn it.
Beautiful day here. Tomorrow and Thursday will be just as nice. Looking forward to all the dinner guests we will be having.
Turkey is thawing nicely in the frig. Pies and buns get made tomorrow and our guests are bringing side dishes and desserts, so I think I'm about ready to get this show on the road.
