I feel for those in NC and other parts that got the snow. Most of you don't have the snow removal supplies and equipment that we in the north east do.
It is very cold here but dry. DD's party last night was fun, glad it's over. Still have a few kids here though. They want to go to the mall so will have to get dressed and bring them. Happy Sunday!

Nothing planned today except laundry and general house cleaning. Oh, and we have to take SS to the walk in clinic, he has a huge sore inside his lip that won't seem to go away.

Vette, mix a teaspoon of benedryl and a teaspoon of mylanta. Have your stepson gently swish it over the sore and spit. Do it in small bits, not the whole thing in his mouth at once. That sore will be gone in 2 days. If he swallows some it won't hurt him.

My neighbors are idiots. They are burning household garbage (against the law) and they have aerosol cans in there that keep popping. The dump is maybe 2 miles away and you have to pass it to go into town. They have tons of take out containers so clearly they go that way often. They are the reason I put the wood fence up because I was sick of looking at garbage all over their yard. Ugh! Go away renters!

The mylanta coats, soothes, the benedryl treats.
But be careful not to use mint flavored mylanta. That burns.

I should have. The guy across the street from them is the county fire investigator. Unfortunately he was not home. He goes and tells them off all the time. I'm going to send pics to code enforcement. It's gross, trash just blows all over their back yard.
