i am the coordinator for our biggest loser competition this year. It starts next week, but everyone is getting excited!
many of my coworkers have Garmin trackers, I have a Fitbit. There used to be a way to export your Fitbit data so I could still do weekly challenges with the Garmin people. A while back, fitbit changed that option.....but I found a work around today. Ready to get moving again!
Water is still standing everywhere, been 2 days since it last rained.

I downloaded an app that has a built in pedometer but it's not resetting every day like it's supposed to, so I need to contact them. I'm interested to see how many steps I take at work everyday, I would guess between 10,000-15,000.
Also, didn't buy anything in the cafeteria at breakfast OR lunch today. Let's see if I can make it through last break!

Was it a bad day?
Or was it a bad five minutes that you milked all day?
What a waste of a morning. Drove 45m into the city for a specialist appointment. Wimped out on the exam because it hurts. Made another appointment 8 weeks out (made some sort of excuse). But, I thought it wouldn't be a total waste because I could go to dance class.
Paid for extended parking so that I could go to the class and went to get my dance bag from the car. Which wasn't there. I left the stupid thing at home and paid parking for nothing.
Then I got home and realized that the reason I see a specialist is because there is something wrong and the exams will track how I am 'fixing'. I called back and made another appointment for 2 weeks out. It' s going to suck.
BUT - I did get $20 cash back at wal-mart so I can buy laundry tokens this evening. And more underwear because I have to wait for the laundry to be done. I ran out.

on your underwear issue. I bought myself 10 pairs for Christmas and so used an old pair each of the 10 days following Christmas. And each day threw them away. So all the underwear in my drawer is new. Tmi but don't care.

Thinking about trying it.

Home from Palm Springs. I'm tired. And American Airlines can't seem to deliver two pieces of luggage. DH's was delivered to our room the next day and now my father's luggage is sitting around who knows where in Dallas. Ugh.
VETTE, I know, honestly, I'd probably get irritated at the daily dietician stuff. 😁

I avoid underwear if I can. I hate wearing them. More TMI. LOL
I saw ads for Noom when we were in PS. I was going to look into it, although I have studied nutrition for 30 years, have seen several nutritionists over the years and each concurred that I could probably teach it, so I'm not sure what I would get out of it.

It's hard to see for yourself what you need. You might think one thing, but your perception could be skewed because it is you. Always nice to have an outside person holding you responsible. Dr heal thyself!
True! Most nutritionists I have seen teach in a very vague manner, which I do not find helpful. Example, "this is better for you than that. Here is a portion size." Duh. I even had one nutritionist who tried to get me to eat processed food snacks. I'm convinced there was something in it for her.
It would be nice to have something more tailored to my needs. EMP 180 intrigues me as well.
