So our predicted snow totals decreased to only 1' but icing has increased to .5"+. I plan on snowblowing the driveway but hired someone to do the end where the street plow piles up the wall of snow. That makes so much less stress for me.
Organizing today. I've already boxed up the Christmas Village that DD wanted to keep out. Next is organize the bins of decor and toss what I haven't used in the past 2-3 years. It's all sitting in the basement family room. Once that is done and can put the remaining items in the garage storage area. Phew making headway.
I need to set up a desk I bought for my home office. All my work-from-home equipment arrived the other day and I need to set it up.

Good morning. I think I am losing my mind little by little. Yesterday a took a baggie of baby tomatoes to work for a snack. Pulled them out, but then couldn't find them a little later. Almost thought I had eaten them but couldn't remember. I looked through my bags and they weren't there. Weird.
Later in the evening I found them in the filing cabinet ...
Heavy rain and strong winds started around 8 this morning.
Our biggest threat right now is trees being blown over.
There really is no where for all this water to go, the ground can't absorb anymore.
The possibility of snow is still in the forecast.
The temps are expected to drop below freezing tonight, which means everything will freeze.
And my mom and dad are out roaming around in all this.
Meanwhile, I'm watching The Purge movies and napping.

Had a good workout this morning then walked about 3 miles. I guess we will be getting nasty weather tonight and tomorrow but nothing frozen. Sitting here waiting on guy to come fix the floor in front of front door. Just gonna putter around the house the rest of the day. Oh, 6 pounds down since the 7th!
