A flock of flirting flamingos is pure, passionate, pink pandemonium-a frenetic flamingle-mangle-a discordant discotheque of delirious dancing, flamboyant feathers, and flamingo lingo.
Husband is still sick, I'm better but still have some cold systems , dil, older grandson too have cold systems even though they are feeling better and the wee one who started it all is doing perfect and chipper.
Hope everyone is having a good day, the sun is out so that helps.
Cloudy here, but not too cold. I bought a large bouquet of tulips and broke it into two arrangements for the house. I needed a little cheering up.
Love fresh flowers! I'm thinking I need a new house plant.

It's 55 now, but I'm looking forward to this weekend.
Highs in the 80's Saturday and Sunday.

First day I was allowed to change the dressing on my leg by myself. Got it accomplished!! Last Friday when I went to board the bus I somehow slipped (ain't it grand to get old?) and my left shin hit the stair. Thought nothing was wrong until I was on the bus, sitting down and noticed blood running down my leg. Got it stitched up at the local hospital, dressed, etc. It has gotten along enough that I can do the dressing myself for two days, then go back, etc. What a spring.

Karl I am younger than you and sometimes I wake up in the morning injured. LOL I have bruises for non issues, perhaps just bumping into table corners. But I am still going and so are you.

Thanks, all. It has started to itch, which I believe is a good sign. Of course I thought wounds should be exposed to air to heal but now I find out that is wrong. Things just keep achanging.....
Today will be the first time to take a bus again. I will be particularly alert when I board.

Yes, sometimes I wonder where in the world this or that bruise came from. Guess I just hit something. Get a lot of that on my arms after working in the garden or trying to straighten up the attic.
