Breaks my heart.

So glad we got to visit this beautiful church while in Paris a few years back.

This is a terrible historic loss. :(

 No. There was major renovation underway and the fire started in that area at the rear of the church.

So much history lost. cry

There is talk of terrorism, but I don't know.

I wouldn't be surprised if it has something to do with the renovation going on.

Did ya'll see the color of the smoke when the steeple fell? It was yellow.

Very sad to watch this burning of an historic site. I hope it started from renovation.... If it is proved to be an act of terrorism this will ignite a lot of retaliation, etc.
