A flock of flirting flamingos is pure, passionate, pink pandemonium-a frenetic flamingle-mangle-a discordant discotheque of delirious dancing, flamboyant feathers, and flamingo lingo.
However, it is, along with the other states' laws, making it more possible.
It's one of those things I firmly believe should be up to the state to manage, not the federal law.

Conservative televangelist Pat Robertson says Alabama abortion law is 'extreme' and he believes the state 'has gone too far' Noted televangelist Robertson made the remarks Wednesday on The 700 Club Said that Alabama's law banning abortion in nearly all cases is 'ill-considered' Robertson supports overturning Roe v Wade but said Alabama went too far Alabama law has no exceptions for rape or incest and would jail abortionists
Roe, as well as the gay marriage case, were bad rulings. The Supreme Court over stepped. It is not their job to create law. It is their job to decide whether an existing law is constitutional. They did not do that in Roe. They spelled out when abortions may be conducted. That's not their job. In Obergefell, they consolidated 4 (I think) cases and, with a broad stroke, changed the definition of marriage rather than limiting their opinion to constitutionality. Both decisions overstepped, in my opinion. But they didn't ask me. LOL
I do think this law will be overturned because it is so strict.
However, with super strict laws, there is room to amend and it will be seen as a concession.
A law that is too loose is difficult to tighten without a fight.

In some ways, the hearts and minds of people are changing. With 4d ultrasound and easy internet access to see fetal development, etc, it is very hard to just ignore that reality.

And this is the thought process behind it. It will go to the Supreme Court, which will strike it down as too extreme, but will allow the Court to say reasonable restrictions are Constitutional.
