Good morning! Happy Birthday to cate 🎂🎁🎉 hope she has fun at her party. Sorry Trudy that not only someone stolen your #,but that your bank is giving you hassles over it. Babysitting my grandsons just a half day today and then will go stay the night in St. Louis and fly out early to see daughter and family. Going to grandgirls ballet recital.
Good luck with the bank! Honestly, they have changed from a customer service type of environment to a cut throat business over the years. The main reason my father left banking in the 1990s.
The end of the year "party" for 5th graders this year involves a blow up obstacle course. And not even a big one like you'd see in those American gladiator shows. Some lame bouncy thing the boys used to have in preschool. I am thinking it would be a good ditch day and take the boys some place fun but educational.
Helped mom get cleaned up, ran to get my prescriptions, picked up the cleaning supplies I needed, got mom set up in the den, swept the floors, Monster got a bath, made lunch, mom has hers, and I'm finally getting mine.
I have a lot to get done this afternoon between therapy and home health.
This whole week is busy.

Happy birthday to Cate! 2? Wow! Enjoy the party, FWM.
Trudy, that's ridiculous.
Lindley, it's great you can go visit your granddaughters so often. Have fun.
FNW, I'd let them ditch and go to an amusement park. Or a jump park. How many more days do they have?
Hey, Chef.

I can't believe I wished a happy birthday to "category" am I on Jeopardy?
I saw that! 😂😂😂
Ya'll want to hear something funny? Every physical therapist that has come to the house has thought I was the patient. I greet them at the door and walk them into the den, and before we get there they are asking if I'm the patient, and were my walker is.

Since I'm working from home until further notice letting them skip can be an option. But I want to take a day off and do something fun with them before school gets out and crowds start to form...
Since mine have been out of school, vacations when school is in are so much nicer.

Trudy are you sure it was the bank on the phone and not some kind of scam? If it was the bank and if this is the third time it has happened you need to do something - actually the bank needs to do something. Over here there is an on-going crime of a crook somehow fixing a tiny camera to the ATM and this enables him to record and use your PIN... Seems like just when things get easier they also get easier for crooks.... Good luck and hope you do not lose any money over this...

I switched my bank from a large international company to a local credit union years ago. I have not had one ID theft issue. I do go in to the local branch to deposit checks (I get regular checks each week). my friends shake their heads as to why I don't use the the online deposit option. And you know why? If I have any issues they know me and take care of it immediately.

I don’t blame you fnw, I’ve had My kids skip the last day of school a couple times to leave for vacation.
Me, too. We have had the car packed, pick them up early and take off.

I let DD skip the last day of school a time or two. I use a smaller bank. If I use my card out of town I get a phone call or my card gets locked. I've learned to let them know when I go on vacation. I love walking through the door and hearing "hi Ms. SB".
