Good morning. Started raining yesterday evening and hasn't stopped! It's pouring right now. The air feels really chilly blowing in the apartment. I almost have goose bumps. LOL But, I refuse to close the windows and doors. I was hoping we wouldn't have such a rainy Summer but . . .
No plans for the day. Settling in watching Wimbledon. Nadal is playing right now. Go Rafa! Verdasco and Goffin are having one heck of a first set.

Thanks, FWM! I actually have the whole week off, other than this coming Saturday, through no effort on my own. My boss is being a bitch with the schedule because she thinks I called HR on her daughter working for her, which is against company policy. I didn't call but she thinks I did so she's retaliating with my schedule. I shrugged and filed for unemployment and then filed a hostile work environment and retaliation claim on her with HR.
Yes, Rafa came out determined. I'm glad it was short. He'll have time to recoup, unlike Muchova who has to play again tomorrow. That was some match! Unfortunately Coco didn't bounce back. Djokovic is playing now and it seems he'll push through like Rafa did his.
She really is. The sad part is that many, through the years, have complained about her retaliation to the store manager and to Corporate HR. They claim to investigate and then absolve her of all "wrong doing". We all think she has dirt on someone that they won't fire her. She is the total and sole cause of the drama at the front end. She talks to people under her charge about other people under her charge, starts all sorts of nasty rumors, etc. She belittles her people in front of their peers and customers. It's truly sad they continue to allow her to draw a paycheck. I stand up to her but others are afraid to. I refuse to speak with her or listen to anything she says until she publicly apologizes to me for this last false rumor. I have told her before and have no problem telling her again to get away from me. I have zero respect for her and see her as nothing more than a little piss ant at this point. No one likes her, well, except for her daughter, who, btw, is still working for her even though she's been instructed to not schedule her at the front end. lol

Ya know, I was reading and surprised to read that the ball boys and girls only get paid minimum wage for their efforts in the US Open. At Wimbledon, they make just over $125 a week.
