Been thinking about it, gotta say, I don't see myself as a granny, but I like it just the same.
Would love to be mawmaw, but my mom is mawmaw, so I want something different.
LOL, the things I think about these days.

I don’t have grandchildren, but my great-niece and nephews call me Grammy.
Been thinking about grammy.

My aunts/uncles/grandparents just went by which ever baby name came out. Ga-ma was what my brother always called my Grandma. I'm not one for pet names, so I always used the formal terms (still call my aunts Auntie). My brother couldn't say Uncle for a long time, so both of our unkles went by Unkie
Other examples of funny nicknames for grandma include:
MainMa – For the grandma who had a formative place in your life.
Grammager – The perfect funny nickname for a grandma who likes to manage everything.
Grandzilla – A funny nickname for the grandma who can be a bit of a monster!
GrimGram – For the grandma who doesn’t have a sunny outlook on life.
The Oldster
The Matriarch
The Antique
Time traveller
The Big Boss
The Relic
The Fossil
Hellfire – For the religious grandma who is fond of a bit of ‘hellfire and brimstone’.
Baby Kochamma – Named for the grandma in ‘The God of Small Things’ by Arundhati Roy
Napa – For the wine-loving grandma!
Nano – For a small grandma.
B.C. – Before Christ
Baby Kochamma? 😂
There are a couple lists with Queen.

I like Grammy because it isn't much different from my given name.

My mom goes by Grandma. My grandmothers were always grandma to me. When referencing one, I would include their last name to my mom so she would know which one I was talking about. Grandma C was a character. And by that I mean she wasn't always very nice, particularly to my mom, her DIL. So when I want to toy with my mom, I call her Grandma C. ehehe
My father is papa to the boys. My grandfather was papa to my niece, to distinguish him apart as a Great. My father cringed when the boys started calling him papa, when they first learned how to talk, but it's grown on him. Especially when he found out that his elder cousin, with whom he shares a birthday (different year) and idolized as a kid, is called papa.
I had a dear friend, a woman I worked for/with and the mother of a guy I dated (who always wanted me as her DIL), went by granny when she got older. Sadly, I received news yesterday that she passed at the age of 97.
