Tomorrow is homecoming at church. Potluck after service.
Not making much, a 7 layer salad, potato salad, and deviled eggs. If I feel like it, I may make some mac and cheese in the morning.

Got a flat of fresh blueberries last night. Apparently the 'picker' puts the berries in a 'sorter' and the machine filters out anything with a stem. The stemmed ones are useless to people who sell in grocery stores (I don't see why ... people would pay for perfectly good berries even with stems) so they give them away!
Now to figure out what to do with a flat of blueberries....
Good afternoon! Not doing to much, some laundry and getting dinner ready for tonight, grilling some fillets to celebrate our dil’s Birthday. Have to leave off some seasoning on her steak, the poor girl has been having morning sickness with this one.
Tig, enjoy those blueberries, my grandkids love blueberries and would eat the whole container if we let them. Lily, the food you are bringing sounds delicious.
It's the Pride Parade tomorrow ... trying to figure out how much glitter I can wear all at one time. There are very few excuses to be covered in glitter. I think that this might be one of them. I think that I will wear all of my clothing though.

Is this about my parade post & my love of all things glitter? I don't get to wear it very often (being covered in it from crafts is different). I have some aloe vera gold glitter body gel I made for when we went out for my friends birthday a few months ago. Can't really wear it that often because frickin' sparkles go everywhere. And the aloe gel glues them to the skin and they're hard to get off. Until you sit on something or get in your car. Then it's like a shedding dog and goes everywhere.
OOH! And I get to wear my MAC Alladin sparkling lip gloss. Bloody stuff gets all over the place because it's sticky and if you eat or drink it spreads. Not really every day wear, but I still love it.

Meh. I like to watch the circus. And wear lots and lots of glitter! It's like Mardi Gras, only without the airfare, accommodation and expensive room rentals. You can have mini donuts instead. I don't care what body part goes where. It's not like I have to watch.

Thumbnail 2 - Gaga talks about Stonewall. She's so well spoken and such a LGBTQ2S supporter. I didn't know that Madonna was too. Although I feel like I should. Maybe one Pride I'll travel down and watch their shows! Bet it beats the festvial musicians we're going to ahve tomorrow.
