A flock of flirting flamingos is pure, passionate, pink pandemonium-a frenetic flamingle-mangle-a discordant discotheque of delirious dancing, flamboyant feathers, and flamingo lingo.
Glad to see you on board and hope you are feeling better, rough morning with boys, they actually got in to a fight started by the baby and tried to keep them apart the rest of the morning.

You mean you didn't make them sit on the couch hugging it out?

It was kind of funny watching the 1 yr old tackle The almost 4 yr old especially while sucking on his pacifier. I’m thinking there will be more to come as they get older.
Oh yes, the fights. It never ends. Best I hope for is nothing broken in the house and no one drowns the other in the pool. I have had to get between them.
Congratulations tig! The first step is the hardest
Thank you! It's pretty nerve wracking and financially risky, but hopefully I can do a slow transition out of my associate-ship into private. The person whose practice I'm associated with will hate it, but there is nothing in my contract to stop me. I'll be polite and go outside of the immediate radius.

Great move. I wish you luck. It is scary but people do it everyday. Believe in yourself.

Thank you, IKWTDS. It's a leap for sure - also means taking responsibility for all of my own overhead, but given that the clinic has been taking 33% of my fees off the top I think that there will be enough to cover things like that. That 33% is kind of a lot over the course of a year. Even monthly. If I have 2 clients per month per day (I'll start at 1 day) I will have the entire rent covered. Anything else will be gravy (and Google advertising :D ). I'm paying all the rest myself anyways. License, registration, insurance...
At some point I'll have all my own place and be able to choose my furniture (I am esthetically preferential).
