A few weeks ago the top shelf of my dishwasher fell off along with the spinning arm that spews water. My dishwasher has three shelves. The shelf that fell off is a rack for silverware and spatulas. Its not deep and rarely used. The dishwasher still works. Well low and behold I bought the dishwasher 4.5 years ago along with a 5 year guarantee. Just made the appointment to have it fixed. I am a happy camper today.
Next I have to dry out the 8 cans of old paint I have so I can finally trash them. I am in "cleaning out the garage" mode. I bought the clay based kitty litter to help.

Working today, then heading off to see "It 2". Not sure if I'm excited or terrified! Oh, and buy dog food.
Today must be in some ways auspicious. As I pulled into the parking garage (I only drive a few times a month and only if necessary because it's so expensive) a woman was pulling out and gave me her 'paid until 6pm' spot! Without that it would have cost me $15 to park for only a few hours.
We're heading into dank and rainy season (our usual season :D ) and today will be the last dry day for a while - or so my iPhone says. We'll see.

And my refrigerator is working again. Still replacing it. Weird.
Good Decision. Perhaps it will last the 2 weeks until the new one is delivered.
I will put a few things in it but not much. JIC it goes out again, and because I'll have to unload it again before hte new one arrives and that's a PIA.
