Was just smart enough to check the bus schedule. Unsure if my bus is even running. There is supposed to be a shuttle bus between me and then where the usual bus picks up, but I don't see it on the schedule. The other bus is running, but it's a major route and I am so close to the end of the line that 'bus full' issues happen in the best of weather.
It's 68 here, but dropping. It looks like it's going to storm any second.

I can't stand that! Ugh!
My 40m commute took just under 2h. 1st bus on the major route was easy! I was lulled into a false sense of security. The train was delayed because another stop was snowed in. Nearly 40m standing on a train platform. On hold with the taxi company. I figured whichever showed up first was the winner. Cab time wait was 2h.
Finally got to downtown, waited faithfully for one of the two busses that are my direct route (one is an express). Saw both busses go by with full regularity on the other side of the road. Coming our way? Well over an hrs wait - per the people at the front of the line. WTF. What kind of bermuda triangle is at the busloop!? Ended up catching another bus that swings by where I'm going, so close enough. BUT, that bus had to skip my stop because 2 other busses were abandoned and stuck.
I get to go home in 90m. Let's see how that goes!
Edit: the first bus I took (the easy one) is cancelled for the rest of hte day due to 'emergency maintenance'. It looks like my way home will be bus - train - bus - bus. With lots of waits in between.
