I've had a charlie horse leg cramp for a week, getting better and I stretch several times a day. I have never had one this long before do I have it on a heating pad while stretching it more. I think I need to schedule a massage with focus on that muscle.
Finished and filed my taxes last night. So happy with the new tax law, really the standard deduction. I no longer itemize and so it's easy and audit risk is extremely low. That may change once DD is 18 but for now I revel in it.

Just had a lovely day of shopping and lunch with DD. I hardly spent any money. Kinda proud of myself. Went to an Aldi for the first time. I wish we had one in my town.
Been out all day. I'm exhausted and still in pain. Doctor tomorrow.
Jewel has pink eye, so, doctor for her, too.
The granddaughter of a member of our church has been missing for a week. Car was found with all her belongings still in it a day after she went missing. Tonight, as we were leaving church, a call came saying a body had been found not far from where the car was. It's going to be a long night. The mother of the missing young lady works with my dad.
The night after the girl's car was found, a young man's car was found at another gas station not far from the girl's. Same situation. Car and all his belongings, but he is missing.

How awful lily! The poor girl and her family as well for the young man... tell your kids to be vigilant of their surroundings... hope you and jewel feel better soon, not feeling to good myself either, hopefully will feel better in the morning.

It was a good one, the quarterback for the chiefs is only 24. I usually don’t care who wins, but since this is a Missouri team it was good to root for the home team.
Pats aren't in it so not on my radar. Thanks And I am sure your post was filled with sarcasm.
