We got a good 2+ inches in about 2 hours. It's melting now, but we may get a second round later. The freezing on Bridges and overpasses will be an issue. Hopefully, everyone will sit their butts at home.

Making buffalo shredded chicken and roasted potatoes for dinner.

Happy Saturday.

Enjoy the snow, lily! We have temps in the 40s (feels like 30's) and sunny skies.

Temps in the 20's, with wind chill in the teens. Luckily it is sunny out. The bottom 20 FT of the driveway was a sheet of ice. I put ice melt on it. Then I went off to bring DD to an activity, when I got back a good amount of the ice had melted, helps that it is very windy out as the helps to dry ice up too.

Not much else going on. Need to tidy up my bedroom and bring wood in for a fire tonight. I may just take the day to finish a book and start another.

I want buffalo shredded chicken! Some buffalo sauces I really like (I think Dominos pizza has a good one) but others are just vinegar-y burn. I'll have to find a good one.

This is what I'm using.

But buffalo sauce is easy.

It's your favorite hot sauce and butter.

Really? I guess that if I think about it, it makes sense.

I like to throw chicken in the slow cooker with a can of enchilada sauce. Cook it til you can shred it. It's also good with salsa and a pack of taco seasoning.

There are 3 Bluetooth devices being used in my house right now. They are bleeding into one another.

I add diced green chillies, and cream cheese, no enchilada sauce. After it's all cooked, I add  cup of shredded cheese, usually cheddar, stir it in, and cover with a layer of shredded cheese. Bake until the top is bubbly.

It's a delicious dip.

Did y'all get any accumulation? We ended up with almost 3 inches.

It was all melted and gone by 4 or 5 this evening.

Lily - you do this with the chicken?
