Frozen Friday, the 21st

We woke up to 30 degrees. That's the coldest it's been in a while.

Heading for a high of 50, which is below normal for this time of year.

I can't complain. Our winter has been mild this year.

Not much happening today.

I hope everyone has a nice Friday!smile

So, today was terrible. Friday is our busiest day, and the computers were down until about 15 minutes ago. Now, I'm going to have to fit all this mornings closings in with an already booked afternoon. My closer is scrambling to get everything ready.

Hello everyone! Stay warm fwm, it’s 32 degrees here, I’d wear the gloves Trudy, I’m sorry about your computers being down LL, it’s horrible for business and it’s amazing and kind of sad how much we depend on them.

Sitting at McDonald’s sipping coffee before I go to Walmart, still no baby, my daughter in law told me that grandson #1 checks the crib every morning to see if the baby arrived during the night.

Thanks fwm, bought both grandsons a special toy to play with while they stay with us while mommy and daddy are at the hospital, we are hopefully going to go to build a Bear with the boys to pick out a bear and clothes for their little sister.

The workers put up the scaffolding on the front side of the house. Needs repair from cracks in the masonry (for lack of a better word). Do not want the pieces taking down the various wires for telephone, cable, electricity, etc. Next week they should start work. Can not even guess what it will cost and do not have an estimate because they have not been able to get a close look at what needs to be repaired.....

On a happier note, we had a new bath put in last year and as part of the planning, etc. attended a show of bath rooms. We registered (which I had forgotten of course) and yesterday the representative came by to inform us we had won the equivalent of a $100 gift certificate good at convenience stores, restaurants, etc. Nice surprise.
