Just got back from the store. No lines, no TP either but I didn't need any. I bought milk, eggs, bacon, seltzer and pistachios. really didn't need much but the milk.
I'll be working in the yard today and put the finishing touches on DS' tax returns.

It's a pretty nice day here. Lots of sunshine and puffy white clouds along with a cool breeze. I have some of the windows cracked open and the patio door cracked open as well. Been puttering around in the spare room getting rid of stuff that's been in there for two years and not used. Time to throw / donate.
I'm disappointed. I bought a screamin stromboli at the store the other day. It's supposed to be filled with all the meats like a meat lover's. Yeah, not so much. Lots of pepperoni and two small (really, really small) balls of sausage but nothing else. Hardly worth the price. Guess I won't do that again. lol
I'm so tired of hearing about this virus now. I know it's serious but . . . I'm on overload.
Our schools are closed till after Spring break. 3 weeks, total. Virtual classrooms are available, and our local internet providers are donating service to anyone who needs it.
Some churches didn't have service this morning.
Our Easter play practice is up in the air.

We were one of the few churches in our area to have services today. It was so unusual for our area that the local news was there.
We had the church disinfected yesterday and then again after morning worship so that we can have evening worship. To prevent everyone from having to touch the communion trays, we had individually wrapped communion bread and juice. Those were distributed by gloved hands as you entered the building.
I coordinate the 3 and younger classes. Typically there are about 20 children between 3 classrooms, this morning there were 4. Worship service is typically near 500, I haven’t heard the official count, but my guess is no more than 200.
The preacher did an excellent job reminding us just Who is in control and that we need to have faith instead of fear. He didn’t say throw caution to the wind, but to remember that even if the absolute worst happens, that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.
