My mom had a stress test on Tuesday, because it a nuclear drug, she couldn't touch Jewel until this morning. Well. Jewel has been smothered by hugs and kisses since she woke up this morning.

Babysat this morning, the almost two year old is starting the terrible twos early, went to pick up some potted flowers, went to the dollar store got a case of daswani water, went to the grocery store and scored a package of paper towels and toilet paper. Now to get the chicken marinading and take a walk

I did a power walk. Man the hills in my neighborhood are tough but it feels good when done. I put in two of my 5 new window screens too. Not sure else what to do.

Poor Z-Dog is wearing his cone so that he doesn't lick his foot to the bone. He's unhappy with me. But we've reached a compromise - no cone while we're walking.
I can't decide what to have for dinner. I don't really have anything. My chili hasn't fully defrosted yet. I want to order from Foodora, but I can't decide what to have. Generally I default and just order pizza, but I don't want that either. I'm going to end up grazing all night if I don't figure something out.
Put the food in a freezer zip-
lock baggie, and place it in
a bowl in the sink, pressing
our at much air as possible.
Slowly, very very slowly, run
COLD water over the baggie.
Turn it over after about 20
minutes and continue the
slow drip.
This works especially well if
you have placed the food in
a large baggie, and flattened
it out before you put it in the
freezer. Freeze it flat, so that
it will stack well.
