My stepson spent the weekend. We went to my daughters yesterday to celebrate her birthday. No plans for today except to take him back home.

Well I will be taking the dog on a power walk soon. Then I may go to the grocery store for a few things. Things I need but not urgent for today. But things will really heat up at work this week and that with the shortened store hours today is my only chance i think.

Oh DS' new job starts tomorrow and his house is being listed tomorrow as well.

Ugh, need to go outside and lower umbrella. It’s anchored down pretty good but I don’t want to risk a launch during storms.

Mornin' all.

It's a lovely day outside with full sunshine and a bit warmer. I may open the windows to air out the place. Not much on the agenda. I need to get in the spare room and start cleaning that out. Lots of stuff in there I haven't used in two+ years so clearly I don't need any of it. lol

I'll bet the store where I work is jammed today since the mandated mask wearing will be in force tomorrow. I'm so not looking forward to it but gotta do what I have to to pay the bills.

When I bad storm is coming I have learned to just take it off and lay it down on the deck.

I have it in a heavy metal base and it’s screwed in pretty tight. It’s really hard for me to maneuver it in and out of the hole in the table due to my height. 🤪

It rained early this morning, more on the way tonight. Storms should be nice.

Cutting hair that long isn't as hard as people think. If you have full range of motion, it's pretty straightforward.

I miss church. I can't wait to get to go back.

I did my roots Friday for the first time. I'm pleased with the results. I went with Madison Reed. SB, if I can do it, you can do it. You got this.

Ok here it is. Not sure you can tell but I took about five+ inches off. I didn't get the angle of the camera the same for both pics.

That's funny. We have Alexa on our tv and we constantly say Play Baby Shark.

I was watching Mass this morning. My foot was tapping to the music and the boys started imitating me. I got the giggles so bad then all of the sudden I burst into tears. I miss going to church.
